Okta wants you to be very happy when shopping at our store, so we've created an Exchange and Return Policy based on the Consumer Protection Code and your needs as a customer.

First of all, it's important to note that you should refuse to receive your product if it is in the following conditions:

  • With the packaging violated;

  • Showing damages;

  • Not consistent with the order placed.

Deadlines for Exchanges Without Defects or Returns and Refunds:

07 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

For this exchange or return and refund to be made, the product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use or damages, accompanied by an invoice or content declaration.

Deadline for Exchanges With Defect:

30 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

  1. To request the exchange of the product, send an email to "lojinha@weareokta.com", informing the order number and reason why you want to make the exchange.

  2. Okta's store will send the chosen postage code for the reverse logistics to be carried out. Once the item returns to the store, it will be analyzed. If there are no impediments,  we will make the exchange or refund of your money. The analysis of the returned product may take up to 10 business days.

 

What you need to know:

  1. If the product does not comply with the conditions listed in this Exchange and Return Policy, the store will not exchange or refund;

  2. Products sent to Okta's little store without going through the steps listed in this Policy will be returned to the consumer, with Okta not being responsible for these products;

  3. Okta's store exempts itself from the responsibility of exchange or return if the consumer alters the original conditions of the product;

  4. The consumer will bear the shipping costs if they want to make a second product exchange.
